Dispensary and Cultivation Integration
For Weed Science to succeed, strains need to move beyond the lab and into the marketplace. This is where dispensaries and cultivators play a central role.
Once a strain is developed and tokenized, dispensaries and licensed growers can license its genetics directly from Weed Science. This creates a transparent channel from breeding to retail shelves, with revenues clearly tracked and shared with strain token holders.
Cultivators benefit by gaining access to unique, high-demand strains without navigating opaque or costly licensing arrangements. Dispensaries gain the ability to offer customers verified, community-backed genetics that carry both brand credibility and consumer trust.
In both cases, licensing agreements are structured so that token holders participate in the economic upside, creating alignment between breeders, growers, retailers and the community.
Weed Science plans to launch pilot programs with select dispensaries in legal markets. These pilots will test the licensing process, revenue distribution and consumer reception.
Over time, the integration will expand to a larger network of growers and dispensaries, ensuring that Weed Science strains are not just ideas on paper but products cultivated, sold and consumed in the real world.
